– Refund before service use: If you cancel the service at least 7 days before the departure date, you will receive a 100% refund. If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to departure, a 50% refund will be issued.
– Refund after service use: No refund will be accepted after the service has been used, except in cases of errors caused by us.
