Tourist transportation

Vietnam Explore provides and arranges appropriate transportation for each tour program (such as tourist buses, boats, airplanes, canoes, electric vehicles, etc.) in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the contract or the tour description.

All transportation vehicles are ensured to meet technical safety, hygiene, and full insurance requirementsin compliance with Vietnamese laws on transportation and tourism.

Drivers and tour guides arranged by Vietnam Explore are professionally trained, courteous, and always ready to assist travelers throughout the journey.

In case of force majeure (such as traffic jams, bad weather, technical issues, or changes from the transport provider), Vietnam Explore reserves the right to adjust the vehicle or itinerary while still ensuring the customer’s rights and the best possible experience.
Delivery of documents, tickets, and service confirmations

After you complete the registration and payment, Vietnam Explore will send the tour confirmation, payment receipt, service vouchers or e-tickets via email or message.

All confirmation information is considered valid as a tour ticket and should be carefully checked by the customer upon receipt.

In certain special cases (such as last-minute bookings or upon customer request for a printed copy), Vietnam Explore may deliver documents directly at the office or send digital copies via communication apps (Zalo, Email, WhatsApp).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information (phone number, email, address) to ensure the smooth delivery of information, tickets, and itineraries.
Delivery Time and Method

Vietnam Explore is committed to sending all tour confirmation documents within 24 working hours after receiving full payment or booking confirmation.

In cases requiring direct delivery (for group tours or large contracts), our staff will contact you to arrange a convenient time and location for the customer.

If you do not receive the confirmation information within the above timeframe, please contact our customer care department immediately for timely assistance.
Responsibilities and Notes

Vietnam Explore is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incorrect confirmation information caused by the customer providing inaccurate contact details.

Any changes to the vehicle, departure time, or pick-up point will be communicated as early as possible through the registered contact channels.

Customers must be present on time at the designated pick-up point. Vietnam Explore is not responsible if the customer arrives late, changes the pick-up point without notice, or skips the tour without informing us.
