Ticket Return Policy
We are committed to supporting customers who wish to modify their booked ticket information. Please read the policy below carefully to ensure a smooth ticket exchange process.
1. CONDITIONS FOR TICKET EXCHANGE
Customers may request a ticket exchange if:
– The ticket is still valid according to the service provider’s policy (airline, train, bus, or tour operator).
– All regulations and exchange policies of the service provider are met.
– The exchange request is submitted within the supported timeframe (at least 24 hours before departure).
– Each ticket can only be exchanged once and cannot be re-exchanged after modification.
– The new ticket must have an equal or higher value than the original ticket. Customers are responsible for paying any price difference if applicable.
2. TYPES OF TICKETS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
– Airline tickets: Subject to the ticket type (promotional, standard, or flexible) and the airline’s policy.
– Train/Bus tickets: Applicable according to the transportation provider’s regulations.
– Tour packages: Can be exchanged if the tour has not yet departed and there are available slots.
3. TICKET EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

– Step 2: Provide the ticket information to be exchanged (ticket code, full name, departure date, and booked service).

4. TICKET EXCHANGE FEES
– Provider’s exchange fee: Depends on the policy of the airline, bus, train, or tour operator.
– We will inform customers of the total exchange cost before proceeding with the transaction.
5. CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR TICKET EXCHANGE
Ticket exchange requests will not be supported in the following cases:
– Tickets that are not eligible for exchange (e.g., special promotional or super-saver tickets).
– Tickets that have expired or exceeded the allowed exchange period.
– Customers fail to provide the required information.
6. NOTES WHEN EXCHANGING TICKETS
– The new ticket information (departure date, seat availability) depends on the availability at the time of exchange.
– Any fare differences (if applicable) will be applied according to the current rates.
